okdaj Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions and Definitions

The meanings of key terms used in this document are given below:

• "Platform" — The okdaj website, app, or any other digital channel.
• "Member" / "User" — Anyone who has registered with okdaj or is using its services.
• "Account" — Each member's personal registered profile.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — Placing money or credits at risk on the outcome of an event.
• "Bonus" — Any incentive money or credits provided by okdaj.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail. okdaj reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on okdaj and use any of its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. okdaj may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when opening an account. If false information is provided, okdaj reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds. If your information changes, you must inform the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to okdaj immediately. Use of another person's account is prohibited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okdaj currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these are not available.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal funds generally reach your designated mobile banking account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In special cases, the time may increase due to the verification process.

3.4 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into your okdaj account must be your own and must come from a legitimate source. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited. okdaj actively works to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

3.5 Failed Transactions

okdaj will not be liable if a transaction fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue. However, our support team is available around the clock to assist with such problems.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

okdaj offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawal. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If misuse of the bonus system is detected (such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or manipulation), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

okdaj may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which will be stated in that offer's description. Where they conflict with the general terms, the specific offer's terms will apply.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

okdaj reserves the right to reject or modify any bet before it is finalised. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, those bets will be cancelled and the deposit will be returned.

5.2 Event Cancellation

If a sporting event or casino game is cancelled for technical reasons or unforeseen circumstances, the funds wagered on that event will be returned to the member's account.

5.3 Manipulation and Fraud

If a member is found to be involved in betting manipulation, match fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

5.4 Technical Disruptions

If a game or betting session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue with the gaming software or server, okdaj will take reasonable steps and, where applicable, return the deposit.

6 User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okdaj:

• Opening or operating an account with false or misleading information.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Following coordinated betting strategies to exploit the bonus system.
• Hacking, bug exploitation, or unauthorized access to the platform's software or hardware.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Any action intended to harm okdaj's systems or other members.
• Assisting minors in opening or using an account.

If any of the above violations are detected, okdaj may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.

7 VIP Program and Rewards

okdaj's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and consistent activity. Details of VIP benefits and cashback calculation rules are published on the platform. okdaj reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

8 Limitation of Liability

okdaj accepts no liability for the following:

• A bet or game session being interrupted due to internet connection failure or power outage.
• Login credentials being leaked or unauthorized account access due to the member's own negligence.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with a third-party payment gateway.
• Technical errors by the gaming software provider.
• Service unavailability during unexpected server maintenance or upgrades.

In any circumstances, okdaj's maximum liability will be limited to the principal amount of the transaction in question.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 okdaj's Rights

okdaj may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Detection of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• As required to ensure financial security.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may request to voluntarily close their account at any time. The available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any pending bonuses will be cancelled.
